James Sawyer, 62, of Riverside, was arrested on Friday around 10 a.m. after police were called to the YMCA at 90 East Putnam Ave., in Greenwich, for a man that had entered the pool completely naked, said the Greenwich Police.

When Sawyer was asked to exit the pool he did so in a slow manner exposing himself to the children that were present in the pool, police said.

Police later identified Sawyer and arrested him at his home.

He was charged with risk of injury to a child, breach of peace, and public indecency. He was booked and released and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 11, 2019.
